King West area 2 Bedroom condo. All included in unit- Internet , washer/ dryer. Room has en suite WC and walk -in closet. Building has 24/7 gym and rooftop patio and BBQ, 24/hr security. WFH fine. Male or Female or both is fine. Noisy or quiet , WFH or in the office, morning person, night owl, all fine, I don’t care.

Must be clean, respectful, chill, financially stable.

Unit has space for DIY and hobbies,making art or sewing with tools etc if you are into that kind of thing.

I work in the Film Industry and have a tech side hustle ( instead of the other way around, which I guess is new).
