Room on second floor with closet and a big window facing back of house. Old character home in St. Boniface. Quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking available. Walking distance to St. Mary’s Rd. and Marion St., as well as a Safeway and Dollarama. Near St. Boniface General Hospital and Université de Saint-Boniface.

Cleaners included in rental price. One dog and one cat live here and are very chill and sweet but are not looking to add anymore furry friends.

The house is a two story home. The main floor has the kitchen, living room and dinning room. The upstairs has the three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a basement which has a washer and dryer, lots of room for storage and a half bathroom.

The yard is quite large as the property is a lot and a half. It is enclosed in a fence for the doggo. Back yard has a veggie garden in the back. The side of the house has a shed for gardening tools and bikes. There is a large grapevine growing on a pergola on the side as well. There is a deck outside the backdoor, which everyone enjoys hanging out on in the spring and summer.

There is a second door for a balcony in the room but there is no balcony currently.

Two roommates: 33 year old owner of home - works full-time for a non-profit and is a student part-time finishing a degree Bachelor of Buiness Administration. Loves hiking, gardening and chilling with my pets (one 11 year old golden retriever and one tuxedo cat).

24 year old roomie - works full-time at Ikea and part-time at the mall. Loves to cook and is looking to start flight school.

We are looking for a roommate that is clean and organized, and good at having clear communication around shared spaces so everything stays easy and low-stress for everyone.
