Private suite above garage with separate entry. Kitchen, living area, bedroom. Washer dryer . Very well kept clean suite.

About the roomies

My wife and I are retired . The property is an acre and pretty private. On the Ovean you can walk down to the beach where there is an area to hang out. You have full use of a covered gazebo next to to the entrance to the suite. There are stairs leading up to the suite so must have no mobility issues.
