The unit is located on the main floor with great views of large yard, it has many windows all around the unit, walk out to patio from kitchen. Fenced back yard, security cameras, no pets allowed due to shared ventilation. SMOKE/DRUGS FREE HOME!!! Parking: one car spot per unit. Any other car can be parked on the street. Shared Laundry: Convenient shared laundry facility available in the building. No smoking inside the building. The house is a block away from the Cultural Center Mackenzie Hall in Old Sandwich Town, historic buildings in neighbourhood with cosy restaurants, THE SANDWICH BREWING CO, BARREL HOME, ROCK BOTTOM cafes, library and Police station. Only one housemate that lives there full time. He works all day and is a very responsible, clean and friendly personality. The owner has her own room in the unit too but she travels a lot. Each room has its own private entrance.
