Fenced back yard, security cameras, no pets allowed due to shared ventilation. SMOKE/DRUGS FREE HOME!!! No pets. Parking: one car spot per unit. Any other car can be parked on the street. Only one housemate that lives there full time. He works all day and is a very responsible, clean and friendly personality. The owner has her own room in the unit too but she travels a lot. Each room has its own private entrance.
