Laundry & Parking: Dedicated parking spot and in-suite laundry included. Study-Ready: Access to a separate, quiet study room with a desk and chair. Tech: High-speed Wi-Fi included. Room is cable-ready (TV can be provided if needed). Cleaning: Professional cleaning service available for $25 (optional/as needed).

The Club (Amenity Building Access): Full resident access to the community clubhouse—perfect for study breaks: Large Gym & Yoga/Meditation space. Games Room with a Pool Table. Private Cinema/Movie Theatre (Guests are welcome to join you here!).

Price: $1,050/month (Includes all utilities: heat, water, cable, Wi-Fi). Policy: No pets / No smoking. To maintain a quiet study environment, guests are not permitted in the shared residence (they are welcome at the Club building).
