Beautiful location walking distance to Expo Line Skytrain, one stop away from New Westminster station, walking distance to 6th St / 6th Ave shopping district with easy access to plenty of fantastic restaurants, cafes and stores; Rocky Point Ice Cream, New Westminster Public Library, and multiple farmers markets. Everything you need either a short walk or quick train ride away, no bus traffic! :D

Apartment is beautifully renovated, modern and functional with in-unit laundry, and plenty of light gets in through the windows so it doesn’t even feel like a basement suite. Private space with shared bathroom, all utilities included (including high speed internet)!

I’m a UX designer / web developer, very quiet and respectful. I keep the place tidy and organized, and love going out, being social and trying new things, but I try not to bring too much of that energy back to the apartment so it can be a chill environment to relax and unwind.

I love music (I play piano and trombone and listen to film scores and video game soundtracks almost constantly), watching films, listening to podcasts, and cooking / trying out the fantastic food scene here in Vancouver.

TLDR, organized and accommodating; the perfect roommate. xD
