We are offering a large fully furnished bedroom for ONE person. There is a shared 4 piece bathroom with the one other tenant, a very pleasant mid age woman. Plus there is 1500 square feet of fully furnished common areas and a well equipped kitchenette. Also there is a large deck with beautiful ocean and mountain views. Laundry facilities are available once a week. The 2 rented bedrooms and common areas are on a private floor of our Hammond Bay home. Utilities including Wi Fi, cable TV power and water are included. No pets, smoking or parties. Upon request you may have a limit number of guests. The rental is $1,000 per month. This room is available April 1. Kind and welcoming, but cleaning is very important to keeping the area nice and tidy and the rooms too.
