My two current roomies are planning on moving out once our lease ends on May 15th, but I would like to stay and find two other roomies to fill the rooms!
This 3 bed 2 bath house is located in a quiet family-friendly neighbourhood in the North end of Guelph by the intersection of Speedvale and Woolwich. There are two parking spots available in the driveway. The backyard is spacious with a deck, barbecue, and lots of space to garden if that’s your thing! Access to laundry in unit.
While I don’t have any pets, this house is a pet friendly space so if you have a small well behaved dog or cats they are more than welcome!
The rent for the entire house is $2,604/month + utilities (usually works out to around $20-$30/month, internet (approximately $20/month), and the landlord does require tenant insurance (I pay around $35/month) so all in all you’re looking at around $1,000 total per month.

A little about me: I’m a 27 year old working professional (she/her) who is out of the house a lot due to my various hospitality jobs. I generally appreciate a quieter home at this point in my life, but I also occasionally like to throw small gatherings and have friends over! During my free time I enjoy hanging out with the homies, writing music, thrifting, going on long walks in nature, watching movies/binging shows, seeing live music, and trying out new restaurants or cafes (big coffee lover here 🙋♀️)
What I’m looking for: I’m looking for like-minded individuals who are easy-going but also value a tidy home in common areas. Ideally we’d click and grow a friendship, but I’m also open to having a respectful roommate relationship!
