Private furnished bedroom with a shared bathroom in a 2 bedroom home. I have requested a damage deposit but would be open to monthly payments on top of the room rent. I am also renovating this home room by room and will install the new flooring throughout the home this summer. The room for rent has been completed as well as the bathroom. Fenced in backyard and open to pets that get along with my pets. Dogs must be crated when not home for their own safety but as I work from home, I can help look after your pet while you are out. I don’t mind if you are a smoker(also 420 friendly), but there is no smoking in the home. Criminal check is not required but appreciated. I look forward to meeting you.
