About the room
Unfurnished room + den in a rent-controlled two-bedroom apartment (duplex) in Chinatown. One room has a large window facing the street, and both rooms have closets, space for a double bed, and space for a dresser. The apartment is otherwise furnished and shared with one other person and a friendly cat.
The apartment has: -Laundry -Central AC -Dishwasher -Water, heat and hydro included in the rent
- Access to a shared backyard.
The apartment is right off Somerset and close to lots of great restaurants and small grocery stores. Plus, it’s walkable to downtown, Little Italy and the Glebe.
No dogs (my cat is scared of them), no couples and no kids please.
About the roomies
I’m a 29-year-old queer woman with a very friendly pet cat named Percy. In my free time, I like to read, cook, work out, and bake. I’m friendly and love to chat, but also happy to give people their space. I work mostly in the office and am tidy and easy-going.
