Beautiful room in a two bedroom apartment in bloor west village. Laundry in building, seconds away from the subway, within walking distance of grocery stories, fruit markets, adorable retail shops. 10 minutes walk to either High Park or the Humber River trail. Options for furniture available if desired! The majority of the apartment is furnished, but if you have a really awesome couch or something, I’m happy to toss my current ikea one. First and last rent will be required to secure the room and I will also have a roommate agreement for us to sign.

I’m a 28 year old student who also works part time. When I’m not doing school work, I like to hang out at home making crafts, gardening, and playing my nintendo switch. I have an adorable cat named Prince is who loves to cuddle. I run the tenant association of the building as well.
