Looking for someone to takeover the lease! Move in date would be April 1st - and the lease ends on September 30th (can be renewed).

The apartment is located DOWNTOWN - beside 17th Ave SW. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby - including a Save-On-Foods and Goodlife Fitness, one street away. The building itself has a Gym and a Laundry Room ($2 for laundry - and $2 for dryer)

The room itself is UNFURNISHED, though I can leave some furniture and electronics for a price (tv, bed, tables, shelves, clothing rack, vinyl player/speaker). The apartment has LOTS of storage space, a massive balcony, a shared washroom, kitchen, and on-suite mini storage room - ALL FURNISHED. There is also lots of parking (Street Parking and Indoor Garage) for around + $25 a month.

My wonderful roomate Mikhaela is still staying in the apartment, and she has the loveliest cat named Emma - a really sweet and calm Cat, never scratches and never aggressive.

Rent and Utilities can vary every month from $950-1000, depending on the usage but rarely over $1000. Utilities include everything - Heating, Water, Electricity, and Wifi.

Mikhaela (the roomate who’s staying) is such a wonderful and sweet person. She’s a hardworking lady who works in Supply Chain Management and works as a server on the side. She loves cooking and also karaoke. She’s the best when it comes to teaming up for bills and expenses. The best roomate you could ask for!
