hello!

My current roommate is looking to move out over the summer - i don’t know the exact date yet he said may/june. Anyway I’m a gender queer musician and i have a cat named paulo, hes very friendly to people but i haven’t had a chance to get him warmed up to another cat yet so I can’t guarantee how that will go but he’s nicer to girl cats than boy cats lol. the place is in vanier it’s 2 beds one bath, close to bike paths and bus routes 6,7,9,20,19 and a little further down the 12,14,15,11 etc. Wifi not included but it’s 56.50 a month (abt 28 each). There’s two washer and dryers in the basement - pay per use - and we have a storage room and a room for ur bike if u got one. there’s a corner store just up the street and a metro around the corner.

I am looking for a woman/gender queer roommate as my identity leans more on that side of the spectrum and i’m afab. I work at immigrations canada, part time at the moment and in my off time i like to go to local live music events and do open mic’s and make music on garage band in my room lol. I also volunteer at a local elementary school once a week. Looking for another young professional around the same age as me (turning 24 this year) and i value open communication !! Hoping to find another creative preferably as i’d like to find a more long term roommate cuz i love this area and i want to stay here for a couple more years.

i am a very tidy person so thats something i value as well- we can talk more about how to split up chores and stuff if we end up meeting. uhhh I stay up late sometimes playing music or talking on the phone, i smoke weed socially but keep it outside the apt- i can be a night owl if i don’t have work the next morning but when i do have an early morning i need quiet time after like 11/12 cuz i am not a deep sleeper and the walls are thinnnn
