About the room
Hi! We are renting out a private second bedroom and bathroom. The building is located nearby The Amazing Brentwood, about a ten minute walk to either Gilmore or Brentwood Skytrain Station. Unfortunately, no building parking spot available (there is metered street parking very close by).
In-unit washer and dryer, kitchen space is always clean and appliances and kitchenware are mostly shared. Fridge space and cabinets/cupboards have been clearly divided for ease of organization. We have a spacious balcony as well!
Your bedroom and bathroom are private, both located across the kitchen area from us.
Internet is very fast and covered by us :)
Building amenities include a gym with lots of cardio equipment and some basic weights, an outdoor pool open in the summer, sauna. Resident’s lounge with pool table and couches, also the building managers are really nice!
About the roomies
We are a couple (23 & 26), though I (boyfriend) will not be home most days of the month. My girlfriend will be home regularly! We are clean and respect personal space. If you have any items for the kitchen or common areas you would like to keep personal, just let us know!
If you would like a viewing please don’t hesitate to ask, either my girlfriend or I are available most reasonable hours of the week.
