We are looking for a new roommate for our home in the Shaughnessy neighborhood. This is a quiet and large house with a lot of character.

About the home:

• Very large home: 3947 Sqft House

• 2 Living rooms: one is a flex space while the other we use as the main living room with couches and a TV

• Giant kitchen and counter space, with 2 fridges

• A super large patio for the summer

• A large basement with lots of space which can store bikes and other stuff as required

• Plenty of parking space if you own a vehicle

• Close to frequent bus routes to get Downtown or UBC in ~25 minutes

• Near the Arbutus Greenway

About the room:

• Very large basement with a multi-room layout. There is an abundance of space available.

• Large windows, meaning there is still a lot of light that comes in during the day

• Furniture with storage space included for free in the room. All furniture seen in photos is included for free.

• Basement is mostly finished but has some exposed pipes on the ceiling

Other Details:

• Main bathroom is shared with 2 other individual, half-bath in basement to yourself

• You will have 5 roommates, and before signing a lease you will get the chance to meet them to see if you are fit for the home

• Property Manager expects a 1-year long lease, which then transitions to a month-to-month

We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind living in a house with roommates. We are all very friendly towards each other and respect each other’s boundaries. We are also very communicative and make sure the house remains a safe space that feels like home.
