Two bed/2 bath rancher in parksville. Very quiet area and only a 5 minute walk from the beach! 5-10 minute drive to all amenities. Large front and backyard with a back patio and gorgeous lilac trees in spring. The backyard is almost fully surrounded by trees and nice and private. Would be great to find someone open to helping with yard work/mowing the lawn. The room is unfurnished, but the living room and kitchen are. Rent includes internet/fortis Hydro will be split

You will have one female roomie! I’m 30 years old and would love to find someone a similar age. I am very chill, I love walks, cooking, going to the beach, hiking, breweries, hanging on the back patio in the summer, cozy weekends, movie marathons… basically everything haha. I do have a small 10 year old dog, he’s very friendly and would be ok with one other dog. There’s also two cats in the house so if you do have a dog they need to be cat and dog friendly. But would prefer no more cats, sorry!!
