Renting a spacious master bedroom in a three bedroom apartment, Utilities and wifi included. We are looking for someone to move in before/around June 1st. It includes a walk in closet and a partial ensuite private sink+toilet. It also includes a cat gate to prevent our cat from entering your room if you want to keep the door open. There is also 24 hour laundry room in the basement. We are asking just for firsts.

Rules,,? We are okay with couples, same price. No pets unfortunately because our cat is extremely skittish and anxious. If you have a fish, lizard or any caged animal we are fine with that. We are smokers so we are okay with smoking on our balcony. We are fine with guests/overnight guests, friends, family etc, just let us know before they arrive.

Family oriented midtown neighbourhood residing near forest hill. Primarily consisting families and working professionals. Building is walking distance from glencarin and cedervale station. Bus stop in front of the building to Lawrence west and cedervale station/ new LRT. Miniature plaza connected to the building including Sobeys, convience store, salon etc. Close to major university.

My boyfriend (Sebastian,26) and I (Dean, 24) are university students. We’re typically playing video games, reading or playing with our cat. I (dean) love listening to heavy music, going on adventures and going to the mall. He (sebastian) loves to stay inside playing videos games, reading fantasy and bothering the cat. Overall, we’re homebodies that like to chill.
