Located at in the south end of Halifax, near SMU (5 min walk) and Dal (20 mins to Studley campus, 15 to Carlton and Sexton campuses). Bus stop servicing bus 4, 10ABC right outside, and others within 5 min walk.

Your bathroom would be the full bath shown in pictures, the other tenant would only use it to shower. This is a spacious unit with a large living room, open concept dining room and a balcony, all of which are fully furnished, it is only the bedroom that is unfurnished.

You will be sharing the space with a female Dal student who will be working full time. There is an old female cat (cutie in the last picture) living here.

Underground parking is available for an additional cost of roughly $100/mo.

The rent for April would be at a discounted rate of $800 (plus power and wifi), so roughly $860 in total. Power is roughly $40 per person every two months and wifi is $35 per person every month.

I am the only roommate, I am graduating from Dalhousie (civil engineering) and travelling in May before coming back to work full time in June. I like to cook, read and thrift and I love being outdoors, so the summer is full of hikes, camping and swimming a lot!
