• Fully furnished upstairs bedroom – double bed, desk, dresser, and closet • Shared house with 4 other female renters • Rent: $758/month + utilities (about $80/month) • Available: May–August • Damage deposit: $380 (due before move-in) • Parking: Driveway (fits 4 cars) + street parking • Large backyard with fire pit and shed for storage • No pets allowed
No smoking/ vaping Note: There may be other rooms available for sublet in the house this summer.
