Belle chambre (nook) meublée charmante! Gentil colocs! AVRIL $495 (tout inclus)

J’ai une belle petit chambre (nook) charmante (style moyene orient / bohème) avec du caractère à louer à partir du premier avril. C’est un 6 ½ complètement meublée dans l’est du Plateau Mont-Royal! La pièce est très chaleureuse, comme dans un petit nid douillet. C’est complètement meublé avec un bureau, une commode, des étagères, un lit avec literie complète incluse.

Nous sommes calmes et respectueux/euse. L’appartement est au deuxième étage d’un triplex sur une rue tranquille. On est aussi très proche de tout ce qui est chouette à Montréal : des tonnes de cafés, une grande variété de boutiques, des boulangeries artisanales, des épiceries bio, marchés fermiers en plein air, une borne bixi à une minute à pied, les beaux parcs Lafontaine/Laurier/Baldwin à proximité, le transport en commun est facilement accessible–plusieurs autobus, 10 mins du metro!… C’est un emplacement parfait!

Bon pour un pied à terre, une personne en transition, quelqu’un qui vient à Montréal en PVT, (voyageur, étudiant.e de français) qui n’a pas beaucoup de choses personnel pour une chambre déjà complètement meublée. Je cherche quelqu’un qui travail en dehors de la maison ou est à l’école ou à l’extérieur souvent durant la journée car je travail à la maison des fois durant la journée.

Le salon et la cuisine sont des espaces disponibles pour relaxer dans un contexte chaleureux et reposant. L’atmosphère dans l’appartement est convivial, paisible et empreint d’un respect mutuel.

Le voisinage est silencieux et les voisins sont des gens sympathiques :)

L’ordre et PROPRETÉ dans les espaces communs est nécessaire NÉCESSAIRE en même temps que les tâches ménagères hebdomadaires de base auxquelles nous contribuons tous.

Je recherche une personne responsable, respectueux, facile à vivre, amical, et propre (femme ou homme)

Pas de cigarette ni de drogue dans l’appartement

Are you looking for a fully furnished cozy space in a charming quiet home with respectful, friendly roommates? I have a lovely little nook-style room in a beautiful 6 1/2 in the East Plateau with lots of great character and a sweeeet CAT available as of April1st . My place has all the amenities for comfort in a fabulous neighbourhood with parks, boutiques, organic farmers markets, cafés, bixi stations (one right on this street just meters away!), bakeries, and public transport all within a short walking distance!

Public transportation is quick and easy! Buses are frequent and several routes are possible–easy access to metro and there are many bus options: ~10 mins to 4 different subway stations and lines!

If you have few personal items, no furniture, you’re respectful and responsible, you are or will be working, attending school, or out during the day, this room just may be perfect for you!

The space for rent is a cozy nook with lots of charm! It’s a simple and comfortable space with tasteful decoration (middle eastern /bohemian style). It is a bit like being in your own little nest of coziness. It comes fully furnished with a desk, dresser, shelving units, lamps, and bed that is complete with bedding, pillows, and towels if needed. Pretty much everyone who’s lived here gives great feedback from their experience here: it is a very calm, homey, warm, inviting, friendly, positive environment, safe, and very well priced…especially for the Plateau!

Also good for a Pied à Terre, someone travelling, being on a temporary work Visa, etc.

I ask for reasonable quiet (i.e. listening to movies or music with headphones) unless we agree on some music playing in the home that we all are comfortable with. Lots of respect and consideration here. Mostly, we just find a good flow because of the respect and harmony we already have together.

BEING TIDY in the SHARED SPACES is REQUIRED along with weekly house and cleaning chores.

Looking for someone responsible, respectful, tidy, reliable, relatively quiet in the home, friendly.

No smoking, drugs, or drinking in the home.

Internet and hydro are included in the price.

La vie en commun : Il y a moi, un autre coloc et aussi une CHATTE amicale qui demeurre ici. On est plutôt calme et indépendante, mais aussi on aime occasionnellement partager entre nous à la maison, que ce soit en cuisinant, en partageant des repas, faisant du yoga (des cours gratuit pendant l’été!) ou en écoutant un film. On a également (et pour la plupart) nos moments en solitaire et tranquillité. On respecte de l’espace personelles des autres.

À propos de moi : ouverte d’esprit, respectueuse, consciencieuse, calme, responsable, amicale Intérêts : la nature, les pratiques somatiques, herboristerie, le yoga, la permaculture, la spiritualité et méditation, le développement personnel, chi gong, voyage, la danse.

Ma profession : Coach de vie somatique, facilitatrice des ateliers, et prof de danse. Je facilite des classes satsang (meditation) une fois par mois pendant 1.5 hrs à la maison. Ces cours ont typiquement seulement 2 ou 3 participants présent en personne. Souvent nos rencontres sont en ligne ou dans mon bureau. T’es bienvenu à une méditation de chant en group!

Shared living: I live here with one other roommate along with my gentle cat. We like to occasionally share together at home by cooking, baking, preparing/eating meals, watching a movie, relaxing to music, doing cleaning chores together, hanging out and talking, doing yoga in the park, and even meditating! However, we mostly like to have our own quiet time, focused on personal projects in our room and are respectful of each other’s space.

About me: calm, open-minded, respectful, tidy, health conscious, bilingual anglophone, Somatic Inner Relations Coach working from home, workshop facilitator, dancer and dance teacher. I facilitate satsang classes (meditation) in the home for 1.5 hrs with typically 1 or 2 participants attending in person once a month. Usually we meet online in my office, occassionally in person in the livingroom.
