Very conveniently located for public transportation! ~5 min walk to Renfrew skytrain station, close to Grandview Superstore, Renfrew library/community centre.

We are looking for a 3rd long-term roommate to share the upper floor of a Vancouver special house. Room is currently unoccupied and ready to move in. Amazing views of the mountains from the living room. Utilities are about $20 per month. Landlord does not allow pets.
