It’s a beautiful older home, I already have furniture and all the essentials, I don’t mind sharing with someone. There is a beautiful cozy backyard, sun room, laundry room, all inclusive. AC, two rec rooms, dishwasher, etc.

I’m 26, I work full time and have a sweet little female Labrador who is 6. We rent the whole house and are looking for a housemate to share with. I’m ONLY looking for female tenants as I am a female as well. My dog is friendly, but isn’t fixed so another dog or animal may not be a good fit.
