Shared home in central Canmore. In close proximity to the shops, Dtown, Bus stop, and trails. The location is amazing!

The room is small and cozy. Ground level with an entrance to the backyard. Privacy. Furnished with Queen bed, night stand, dresser, mini fridge. There is also a desk ~that you can buy from our roomie who is leaving. You get your own bathroom too! 🛁🫧🚽 $1035/all utilities included. Damage deposit $1000. Laundry and Parking also.

This townhouse is in a quiet community of long term locals. The home itself is our sanctuary. It’s clean, cozy, and quiet. Artsy and Spiritual vibe. We are introverts that appreciate a space that is healthy, serene, secure, drama free, and safe. We do a majority of our socializing outside of the house. The ideal candidate will work daytime outside of the house.We are mostly asleep from 10pm-6am. You’d need to match this energy. 30 years old + preferred. ✨️😌✨️
