1 private bedroom available August 1st! Looking for a responsible respectful roommates to join us in a shared home. The room available is on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom (with 1 other person) and linen closet. Main floor is completely shared, including kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room. Laundry in basement is shared. Nice outdoor space is shared. Parking available if requested. All utilities (including internet) are included.

About the roomies

45 year old single female occupies the master bedroom and ensuite. A 13 year old male neutered cat also lives in the home. He is very quiet and friendly. There are 2 dogs (12 years and 2 years). Please no other pets permitted. There are currently 2 people in the house, myself and 1 roommates. Looking for a 3rd to join us.
