Looking for a roommate to share townhome with in Quarry Park/Douglas Glen with a very large fully furnished room for rent! All you need are your clothes and bedding, everything else is here and all utilities are included. Bright room with two windows, large closet, desk, chair, dresser, black out curtains, a couple shelves, and of course a queen bed. Bathroom is shared between you and me, but I only shower in the upstairs bathroom, I get ready in the powder room on the main floor. Walking distance to grocery store, Quarry Park workplaces, and the Bow River pathway. Parking is shared and included (garage and parking pad shared).

I am 28 years old, like a tidy and nice space, and work in the office 5 days a week downtown. I like rodeos, riding my bike, workout classes at the gym, running errands, thrifting, soccer, and baking once in awhile. I prefer intentional nights in over a night on the town, and have usually been friends with my roommates. I do not do drugs and I only have a drink for the odd occasion. I spend the odd night at my mom’s so you hopefully you are okay to have the house to yourself once in awhile.
