Private furnished bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom available in a comfortable 2-bedroom condo in Inglewood.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and Netflix, and in-suite laundry. Towels are provided, and the building also has a gym available for residents.

All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, and street parking is available nearby.

The location is great — just a 2-minute walk to the Bow River pathway for walks, runs, or relaxing by the water. Inglewood’s cafés, restaurants, and shops are close by, and public transit is about a 9–10 minute walk away. Downtown is also easily accessible.

This is a calm, well-kept home and ideal for someone who values a quiet and comfortable living environment.

Important Note About the Room

The photos currently show the slightly larger bedroom, as I will be switching bedrooms before the roommate moves in.

The room you will have is slightly smaller but very similar and includes:

• the bed pictured • a full-size dresser • two closets • a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower

Additional notes:

• I will be able to provide updated photos of your actual room within the next two weeks, before the move-in date. • If you are seriously interested, I can also share photos of the room now, but it has not been cleaned yet and currently contains my personal belongings.

Two friendly cats live in the apartment, so you must be comfortable living with cats.
