The layout offers plenty of privacy: both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, so you won’t be sharing your bathroom with anyone. There’s also a separate half bath in the condo for guests.

Perfect for digital nomads, interns, students, or professionals coming to Calgary for a temporary stay who want to settle in without having to buy furniture, bedding, kitchen supplies, or other basics for a short-term stay.

Two friendly cats also live here, so this home is best suited to someone who enjoys having furry roommates around. Their litter boxes are kept separately in their own bathroom area, away from the bedrooms and main living spaces.

Your furnished bedroom and private ensuite include:

You’ll also have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and utensils, a comfortable furnished living room with TV and Netflix, and the building’s gym.

There’s also in-suite laundry, so you don’t need to leave the condo to do laundry. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and cleaning supplies are provided.
