Large private bedroom with beautiful bedroom suite. Bedroom includes a queen sized bed and desk and is located in the basement. There’s also a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and living space, which for the most part will be for your own use, as we use the kitchen and living space on the main floor. There’s a laundry room for your use as well as ours.

There are coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and convenience stores all within 200 metres of the front door. Easy access to TTC. No smoking anywhere on the property.

We are two sisters in our 20’s who are looking for a clean and quiet female to rent an extra bedroom. We are mostly at work, but when we’re not, we’re pretty low-key. We love our three cats, two greys ones, brother and sister, who are shy and mainly stay in our bedrooms, and one male cat who roams around the house, including the basement. We go downstairs to do our laundry, use the storage room, or sometimes use the desk in the downstairs living space to sew.
