It’s big enough room for one person, large window, 2 closets. I can make it furnish or unfurnished depend on your need. It’s just 5’ bus ride from Pape subway station, 5’ walk to groceries and library. It’s on 9th floor of and 10 fl. apart. building in a safe neighborhood.
About the roomies

I’m living alone in this apart. now and the living room will be my living area if the bedroom is rented out . We share kitchen and washroom (with bath). The rent will be paid to me and I’ll pay the LL. So you’ll be an occupant of the apart. not a co-tenant. There’re lots of differences between them as far as the law is concern. So please research for more info.
A bit about me, my name is Giang and I’m a 57 years old male originally from Southeast Asia. I moved to Canada in 1989 and currently a Canadian citizen. I’m on ODSP, quiet non-smoking, non-drinking, clean and responsible, reasonable person and looking for persons with similar qualities (you don’t need to be on ODSP or visible minority but if you are, it’s welcome).
