Looking for someone to take the second bedroom in a spacious 1000 sq ft 2-bedroom condo in downtown Toronto, located at Church & Wellesley in a newer building.
The bedroom is very large and has its own private washroom. The unit is about 1000 sq ft total, so it feels much bigger than most downtown condos.
Parking is included in the rent, but you can rent it out in the building for around $200–250/month if you don’t need it.
Utilities, internet, and tenant insurance will be shared.
Furnitures in the photos are from previous tenant. I have my own living room and dining room furniture to furnish the common space.
The building is new and has decent amenities, and the location is very convenient, close to subway, groceries, restaurants, and everything downtown.

I work in the film and TV industry as a Business Development Manager, and I also produce independent films on the side. My schedule is pretty balanced, working hybrid, going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and working on creative projects here and there.
I’m a pretty chill and social person. I like to keep the space clean and organized, but I’m not overly uptight about things. I enjoy having a friendly roommate vibe, down to hang out, cook sometimes, grab brunch, watch movies, or just do our own thing when we need personal space.
I do have a cat, so it would be great if you like pets. He’s friendly, curious, and mostly just relaxes around the apartment.
Outside of work I like going to the gym, dining out, travelling, board games, video games, movies, and TV shows. I also enjoy going out with friends once in a while, but I’m not a party-all-the-time type.
Ideally I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, easygoing, and hopefully someone we can be friends with, not just strangers sharing a place.
