About the room
My roommate is leaving Vic at the end of April, room available May 1. Note: I am a tenant here, not the owner. Rent is split ~55/45 with me paying the larger share and the cost of internet/cleaning. The only additional bill is hydro.

Great location downtown with southwestern exposure and gorgeous views.
One thing to note: I’m celiac, so tenant must bring own pots/pans/cooking utensils, and exercise some caution in the kitchen to help avoid cross-contamination.
Hydro works out to $20-$40/mo per person.
No pets, no smoking, ONE person only.
Security deposit $625
At least one reference required
Available May 1, 8 month minimum preferred.
