It will be a freshly renovated room, furnished, the bathroom is right outside the room it’s the main bathroom so it will be shared with me or guests. The room is completely yours everything else is shared.

I’m the owner who is very kind, compassionate and easy going, a bit of a home body if the weather is ugly but I’m an outdoor person, I have one dog as you can see in my profile picture. But I also foster dogs so you have to be super comfortable with dogs. I am comfortable if you smoke pot ( it would have to be outside, not on the patio) but anything else like cigarettes or drugs I’m not okay with.
