The room comes semi‑furnished with a queen bed, and you’ll share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room with one other person.
Less than a 20 minute walk away from the C-train and only 3 stops away if taking the bus.
For serious inquiries: I can share photos of the room/areas currently, but it currently contains personal belongings and has not yet been fully cleaned.
About the roomies
Sharing the space with a young female student at UofC. Likes to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. The apartment is calm and comfortable, typically quiet.
