You’ll have a private bedroom in a bright, furnished 2‑bed, 1‑bath apartment right in Downtown Calgary along 17th Ave just steps away from great restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. The room comes semi‑furnished with a queen bed, and you’ll share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room with one other person.
Less than a 20 minute walk away from the C-train and only 3 stops away if taking the bus. Bus stop is a 2 or 5 minute walk away as well.
For serious inquiries: I can share photos of the room/areas currently, but it currently contains personal belongings and has not yet been fully cleaned.
About the roomies
I am the roomie you will be rooming with. I am in my final year at the UofC and will be taking spring and summer classes. I like to keep common areas clean and tidy, and the apartment is quiet and very comfortable!
