Some Key features about the Apartment & Building: Renovated a few months prior to the move (they only left the old school flooring), the apartment is fully furnished. It includes a balcony with a beautiful view of Downtown Burlington and ensuite laundry (washer and dryer, which is super nice but if for any reason you need it, there’s also a laundry room in the building). TV in the living room has access to Netflix, Crave and Prime Video, and you are more than welcome to use them (you can use my accounts or your own). Room itself (unfurnished) is nice and spacious, and includes a good size closet. There’s access to a small gym, electronic access to the building, buildings own mailbox/locker to receive mail and packages which is very nice and convenient. Pets are allowed in the building for a fee. I don’t have any pets but I don’t mind animals at all. I actually love animals, so there’s no problem at all if you have a small/medium size pet.

Location: This is a great location in a lovely and safe neighborhood, within a 15 min. walk to Downtown Burlington, 10 min. walk to Central Park and the Burlington Public Library Central Branch, 10 min. drive or 20 min. bus ride to Mapleview Mall, 5 min. drive or 10 min. bus ride to Burlington Centre. Across from a Petro Canada gas station and a shopping plaza that includes: Shopper’s pharmacy, JC’s Bagels, Tim Horton’s, British Pride Bakery, Artisan Pizza, Tezgah Gourmet Burgers, amongst other great establishments. Right next to the Centennial Trail, great if you are a runner, or for walking your dog. Bus stops are right outside the building.

Preferences/Apartment Vibe: Friends or occasional guests are perfectly fine. Looking for someone clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces, especially kitchen and bathroom. Ideally someone with a similar lifestyle (working professional or student) who appreciates a peaceful and comfortable home environment.
About the roomies
Nice to meet you! I am a Truss (Structure) Designer working in Burlington. Moved from Saskatchewan this past May 2025, but I moved in to the unit itself this past December 2025. Respectful, easygoing, laidback guy. I’m back from work until 5:20 pm usually, so if you work from home you will have the place for yourself most of the day. When I’m not at work I enjoy watching sports, listening to podcasts, music, audiobooks, etc., and the occasional long run at least once a week. Like being outside whenever possible. Really chill guy, a bit of an introvert so I value having my own quite space sometimes. But I also love meeting new people with different backgrounds and definitely love to hang out. Very easy to get along with. I keep the apartment very clen and organized, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Very cozy a comfortable place. I just got a new couch, rug and recliner for the living room.
If you are interested please send me a message telling me a bit about yourself (work, move-in plans, etc.). More than welcome to tell me your favorite sport (team), or food. I feel it’s always better to get to know future roommates a bit. Looking forward to talking to you.
