Renting out one room in a 4 bedroom apartment for $736+utilities. Looking for someone to take over my room from ASAP/April 1st-June 30th with the option to renew (but not necessary). The apartment is in the lovely neighbourhood of Outremont on Champagneur near the Van Horne intersection. It’s fairly residential but within 10 minutes walking distance to the Mile End. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Outremont metro station (blue line) and 25ish minutes from downtown with the new REM line. It is also about a 7 minute walk from the 80 bus. The apartment has a dishwasher, a great recently renovated kitchen, and a very large living room (with a window AC unit we install in the hotter months). It also has one and a half bathrooms that were also recently renovated. The room is in all honestly on the smaller side but it can comfortably fit a full sized bed, bedside table, dresser or small desk, and has a closet. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

he other roommates are 2 men and one woman all in their early 30s-late 20s that are easy going. We keep a weekly chore rotation to keep things tidy, and like to watch shows together and host the occasional movie night. It’s a great apartment with great people, the only reason I’m leaving is to move cities for work. Unfortunately the landlord does not allow pets.
