It says Humberstone, Ontario but I am looking in Port Colbourn. As a family member of mine is a superintendent in the Niagara region and has open apartments for me to look at with new properties popping up. It’s going to be me and my dog moving in and no other roommates at this time (looking currently for them). June 1st, I am to get keys to my apartment; perhaps sooner. Looking at 2-3 bedroom rentals at this time and can find roommates to team up with. It’s sizeable apartments that I am looking at. Rent stated isn’t permanent if I can get the larger apartment with roommates it will fluctuate from 1500+ utilities a month to 1900+ utilities with internet. Split depending how team ups work out.
With the 3 bedroom it has 2 bathrooms and can be discussed if it happens this way.
Currently seeking out roommates to make this transition smoother while helping others out as well too find a safe, peaceful and respectful environment. That’s the goal with my doggo.
