hey! i’m renting out my old room in a lovely unit in centretown west, right in little italy (steps from chinatown too!)

it’s a bright, clean, newly updated upstairs unit with tons of natural light. not huge, but super cozy and honestly such a nice space to live in

4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom in-unit laundry + dryer brand new appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer) heating/ ac backyard access parking available (upon request)

Hydro/ Wifi are extra (usually around an extra $35/ mo)

the location is kind of perfect about a 10 min walk to both line 1 + line 2 (O-Train), plus multiple bus routes within 5 mins that go straight to carleton and uottawa

move-in: april 1st or may 1st month-to-month lease

it’s a really nice spot if you want something central and homey!

one of the current roommates will be staying, but the other two rooms will be filled with new tenants. we’re a group of girls in our 20s, most of the time we’re out as we’re students and the apartment is quaint, so we’ve honestly done a really good job keeping the place clean and taken care of!

so far it’s only been females living here, no pets, and the environment has always been super safe, calm, and non-hostile.

we all value cleanliness, mutual respect, and just being easy to live with. it’s not a party house, but it’s also not awkward or tense like everyone gets along and it feels comfortable

we’re mindful about noise too since there’s a unit below us, so it’s generally pretty chill and respectful overall
