Cozy room in the heart of the Plateau - May 1st - Rent is $708 a month plus wifi and utilities (shared 4 ways about $20-60 a month) (The lease renews May 1st, so it will not be increasing in July) Amenities: Washer and dryer in-unit Dishwasher 2 bathrooms (1 with shower) BIG backyard (plus picnic table and deck perfect for getting morning sun and/or hosting)

Location: We are 10 minutes from metro Mont-Royal, 5 minutes to the 55 & very close to both parc Jeanne-Mance and Lafontaine! Quiet residential street, but we are just a short walk up to Saint Laurent. Lots of grocery stores nearby - Segal’s, Maxi, etc. Accessibility: The room is on the ground floor and there are two steps leading to the door, no ramp.

The Room: It’s a cozy & sunny little room. It will be unfurnished, but you can fit a double or queen mattress, and potentially a small desk. There’s a small closet, and the large window gives you good light in the morning and early evening.

You would be living with 3 young professional queer folks who like to have a chill and comfortable house space.
Sal (they/them): I work at a non-profit & do backstage theatre work, like to rock climb and play guitar. Arlo (they/them): 26, Film Studies PhD student from France, into movies, gigs, pubs, swimming, travelling, long wanders around town, thrifting, urbex, and yapping in the kitchen. Deniz (they/them): 23, Turkish, Cognitive Science McGill Grad. I like to crochet and make chainmail jewelry. We’re looking for a young professional or student to come share our space!
