• Large closet plus built-in bureau drawers and shelving — likely no need for a separate dresser

• Shares the downstairs bathroom with one adult tenant and child

The house:

• Well-kept-up heritage home just off Commercial Drive.
• Two full bathrooms, yours is large, semi-private (shared with one other person), with claw-foot tub.
• Nice back deck, landscaped yard, and a feeling of privacy in the city. We have tenants in suites above and below us, who are respectful as well.

Location:

• located on the north end of Commercial Drive
• walking distance to 4 organic grocery stores, and many more restaurants
• a community centre
• direct bus lines to skytrain and downtown
• easy car access to north shore.

Included:

• Rent per month: $1500 including utilities
• Portable laundry washing machine inside the suite (no charge, but with more limited time access)
• Additional coin-operated washer and dryer in building ($2/load, accessbible most of the time, but shared with the other two suites in the house)
• Internet and all other utilities included
