Separate walk out basement suite, looking for a roommate for the second room! Place comes fully furnished with the exception of your room which will be empty. No need to bring a bunch of furniture. Huge kitchen space with tons of room to cook, small island off the kitchen with 2 chairs you can eat at. Big main windows that bring in a ton of light, it’s not a deep basement so it feels more like a condo. The desk is also free range to use! I can also empty out one of the book shelves so you have your own. I have 2 cats so sadly no other pets are allowed as I’m at my max. There is a parking spot out back for a vehicle and also tons of street parking. Looking for May 1st, $750 total, with all utilities included (internet, heat, water, electricity) Located in Acadia :) Also we have our own laundry room! No shared laundry with the upstairs
