My place is a three-bedroom townhouse In Crestmont, SW Calgary.

I’m looking to rent out my spare bedroom which would come fully furnished. You would have access to the main bathroom, which would only be shared when there are visitors (which is rare).

The main floor would be a shared space. I have a garage that can be used if you have any items that need storage (bikes etc).

I also have a pretty nice home gym in my basement that it would be welcome to use too.

There is plenty of on-street parking.

It’s just me and my small dog Dusty, a well-mannered Shiba Inu, so sadly I wouldn’t be able to welcome any other pets.

I’m a solo working professional, so like to keep things tidy and quiet on the evenings. On the weekends I’d like to get out for mountain bike rides.

I’m looking for someone living life at a similar pace, so that it’s easy to be respectful to reach other ’s space and routine.
