Peaceful environment, 2 partially furnished or unfurnished rooms available, all inclusive,month to month starting APRIL 1st.

Calling all students and those who are interested in a quiet, peaceful, respectful environment. We are opening our home to share with someone who is interested in open, clear communication. I have found this is key for everyone to truly enjoy this space together. There is room to grow here, individually as well as together. Simultaneously, individual space is respected.

{ Requirement is being a dog lover } ❤️ ~ There is a dog ( Waylon ) who is a full time resident *

There is 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom. Room is free as of APRIL 1st. This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom house with fully stocked kitchen pots, pans dishes ect ~ with (no) additional room for more* but feel free to bring your bedroom furniture of course, If you have your own furnishings for your room, that is of course alright. if you are in need of furniture, the room can also be partially furnished * There is an additional fridge for everyone’s convenience, along with individual cupboard and bathroom space.

There’s room for 1 person person per room in the shared living arrangements.

Small pets (enclosed cage) ect can be discussed. Not looking to live with additional cats/dogs.

Rent is $710, all inclusive with Ignite ⚡️ wifi and free laundry access in the basement. This house buys natural products for cleaning/hand/dish soap, toilet paper & garbage bags are also covered as well.

We are located near Merivale and Meadowlands, 9 minutes from Baseline station, everything is around here and can be reached during a 5-10 minute walk.

1 parking spot covered/locked ~ $110 monthly.
