In a two-bed one-bath apartment with balcony in Esquimalt/Vic West area. Next to the 14 bus stop to UVic and Vic General, walking distance to the 26 (Dockyard/UVic). Building has bike storage included, parking for a monthly cost dependent on availability, card-operated laundry.

If you don’t have your own furniture, you’re in luck! My roommate is moving out of the country and her furniture could be yours (name your price). If you do, I’m happy to sort things out, perhaps swap out some of the living/dining room furniture too. Your bedroom has space for a double bed and desk, has a closet.

Your roommates would be me (queer, they/them) and my two cats (unfortunately no space for more pets).

I am someone who prefers to keep things reasonably clean and tidy to the best of my ability. Looking for someone with similar preferences who can split tasks evenly (other than things like vacuuming up the cat hair of course). Someone queer-friendly, working and/or student, and ideally an animal-lover. I’m a UVic student, work part-time, and in a few extra-curriculars (hockey at the moment) so typically am out of the house 5 days a week, and pretty quiet when I am home aside from some music in my room.
