It’s a heritage home with 3 floors. The owners live on the main floor, and the unit for rent is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. On the second floor is the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and 2 bedrooms. On the 3rd floor, there are 3 rooms (2 office spaces and 1 laundry room/combined with a second bathroom). It’s a great location, quiet, and secluded at the top of the escarpment hill in Hamilton. It’s in the Corktown area, just up from St. Joseph’s Hospital. It’s roughly 4 blocks north to the main Go Train station, and local restuarants. Further downtown, more of this, including the new TD Colliseum, and the Hamilton indoor market. Great access to Dundas, Burlington, Oakville, and Toronto, on the 403 East, or West to London and beyond. Large rooms and ceilings. Great morning sunlight. Nice balcony for sipping morning coffee. Near trails and pathways as part of the Bruce Trail, going out to Chedoke and further west.

I’m a working professional, divorced with two sons in their 30’s. I’m in the branding, design, and marketing profession. I’m detail-oriented, and like a clean, well-organized place. I work from home, but often go to my co-working office space in Oakville. I enjoy art, live music, cooking, sports, golf, working out at the gym, and chilling out. Life’s way too short for drama.
