Hi, I’m nandika, an undergrad student in engineering at McGill, and I’m in search of one roommate to live with me and my other roommate (more about us at the end)!

RENT FOR YOUR ROOM WILL BE $1,090/month, utilities are roughly $30/month and wifi $18/month so about $1140 in total. upon signing the lease, you will pay first month’s rent ($1090). the lease starts MAY 1, 2026, subletting is allowed!
Washer+dryer in unit security cameras outdoors everything works great and landlord is super responsive! electric heating bedroom includes desk, full size mattress, bed frame, closet, chair. no parking no pets no smoking ground floor your main responsibility will be taking the trash and recycling out!
