Hello! I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment.
About the apartment:
- Located in Sandy Hill!
- Renovated
- Big, spacious kitchen with a dishwasher
- Bathroom has a bath/shower
- Living room with a balcony
- Large bedroom (more photos upon request)
- Large closet space
- Laundry in the basement (coin operated)
- Respectful and quiet neighbours
- Pet friendly! (Cats and dogs welcomed)
The room will be unfurnished, but I can move the futon from the living room into the bedroom as a bed.
The earliest this will be available is mid April or May 1st. My roommate will be moving out in August, so the lease will end then unless you message the landlord to renew it and can find another roommate.
Rent is $1,025 + hydro and wifi, everything else is included, but if you want to move in April, we can discuss the price for that month further.
About the roomies
I’m looking for someone who is kind, respectful, and clean! My roommate is super kind and works from home, so this is non negotiable!
