There is one bedroom on the basement level with den, living room and laundry room (shared) and with no one else on that floor. Bathrooms are on the main floor and upper floor. Option available for bedroom only or bedroom+ private living room. (rent varies for each option)
The other bedroom is upstairs on the third level.

About me: 40 year old healthcare professional. Female with a 3 pound Yorkie. I work 9-5 hours. On the weekends I enjoy being outdoors, being active, and happy-hour-ing. Ideal applicants similar in age. Students or professionals who work and study not from home are ideal. Looking for someone respectful, and clean.
