FEMALE ONLY . You have full access to all the common areas of the house such as kitchen, laundry and unfinished basement with storage shelf. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, new mattress, mattress protector, dresser, walk-in closet, 2 sinks, toilet and standing shower. Entry lock and key to the bedroom. Water, heat, electricity and internet are included in price. There is street parking and rotation one parking spot. NEIGHBOURHOOD & ACCESS TO AMENITIES: My house is in a quiet area and safe neighbourhood. The Colt bus is available, and bus stops in walking distance. The town has several grocery stores, salons, spas, summer farmer’s market, coffee shops, book store and Cochrane Movie House. The Station has bus pickup to Calgary. My house is female-only. I own the home. I am there occasionally as I travel. I am in my 50’s. (I have completed police check . It is available upon request. ) There is another female in her 20’s. She works and full-time student. The one thing is to provide a peaceful, clean, and a safe place to live. No smoking, no cannabis, no pets, nor overnight visitors. We keep in touch through an app or notes on refrigerator, whatever works best.
