Character Home in ideal quiet location with easy access to transit, shopping, recreation centre, library etc.
2 bedrooms are available from May 1 to August 31.
3 total bedrooms in home, 1.5 bathrooms, heavily renovated over the years including newer roof, furnace, hot water tank and many plumbing updates. Natural gas fireplace. Wood floors with cherry inlay; renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances including new dishwasher and newer fridge.
High ceiling throughout.
Deck and established yard. Lawn mowing included. Mountain views. Free laundry, shared with basement.
Bedrooms are unfurnished but some furnishings may be available if needed. Rest of house is furnished. There is room to add or store some furniture if needed.
About the roomies
One student who will be away most weekends and away on vacation for 1 month or more of the summer. Studying and working when in Vancouver. Athlete who enjoys crafts.
