Looking for 1-2 roommates. No partying. Safe family friendly neighbourhood. Close to Polo Park and Downtown. Bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk. All utilities including wifi are included. Parking spots are an extra $50.

It’s pretty quiet on the second floor. The 3 bedrooms and shared bathroom are on the second floor, and my room is in the basement.

Big room $700 - There is currently a bunk bed in there, but a double bed could still fit in there as well. There’s lots of closet space. Including a top shelf. There’s also cubby spaces in the closet for additional storage such blankets, clothes, etc. As well as a top shelf. (empty)

Medium room $600 - Which will be painted over spring break. It is the medium sized room. There’s a closet to hang clothes as well as a top shelf. It can fit a double bed nicely. (Empty)

Small room $500 - More ideal for students. There is a single bed in there. There is no dresser, but there is a cupboard with space to store your clothes and linens. As well as a place to use hangers. (Empty)

Extra linens, blankets, and towels are stored on the second floor. There’s a shared kitchen and furnished living room on the main floor. The living room has a TV with a Roku that has Netflix & Disney along with 3 couches.

The kitchen has utensils, a toaster, a microwave, slow cooker, a deep freezer, and a dishwasher. As well as a space to sit and eat. I don’t cook too much except when my kids are over.

My room is in the basement, and somewhat divided off. There is a washer and dryer down there as well. I would just ask that you let me know when you need to use it so I know when you’re coming down and so I can make sure nothing is in it. I like to communicate and respect peoples boundaries.

I am a 33 year old female, and I have 3 cats. I don’t party and I don’t usually have a lot of company over. I like to keep things tidy. I’m friendly and I like to talk, but I usually like to relax and keep to myself in the basement. I had back surgery a few years ago, and I’m working part time again as an outreach worker during the week.

I have 3 kids that live out of town and come in to visit me on Saturdays. My son is 13, and my twin daughters are 10. On those days we like to go swimming, play video games, do arts and crafts, and go on hiking trails in the summer.

I have had my criminal record check done as recently as November 2025, as well as, child and adult abuse registry checks.
